A. DemoCentre tutorials are branded with your company logo or name, and are intended for use on your website by your immediate clients. You may not allow third-party linking to DemoCentre.

Clients who are web hosts in their own right may not link to your tutorials; they must purchase their own.

Otherwise, you may allow as many of your clients as you wish to access DemoCentre tutorials

A.. DemoCentre provides cost-effective Flash-based tutorials for web hosts to quickly and easily answer commonly asked questions from their clients

Q. What about if my clients don't have flash installed on there computer

A  Over 95% of all computers have the free flash player installed. But if they are among the 5% that do not, their browsers will automatically detect whether Flash is installed. If your clients use reasonably modern computers, they will have the option to install right then.

Even if a few clients are in the small fraction who cannot use Flash, your DemoCentre tutorials can help the other 95%+ who already have it..

Q. How much will updates cost me?

A. Existing customers are offered the opportunity to upgrade to the next version at 75% of regular cost

Q. What currency are your prices listed in?

A.  Because of their universality, all prices are listed in US dollars.

Q. You keep saying $24.95 – this must be a mistake.

A. No it is not, we incorporate your logo free of charge within that fee as well.

Q. How long will it take to get my tutorials once the order is processed

A. We usually have very quick turnaround, but it's generally safe to assume that your order will be processed and completed within 24-72 hours. In case of large orders, peak times, and special offers, we ask that you allow a minimum of 5 days.

Q. Does Democentre, have a refund policy?

A. Your logo is embedded at the beginning and end of every Flash movie, and once it is delivered, there is no practical way to "return" it. Because this represents cost to us, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds.

However, we display all our products on-site. You have ample time to examine our products and determine whether they will suit your needs without purchasing anything. We hope that you take advantage of this so you are educated before placing an order.

A.  Of course. Please select it as your chosen payment method during checkout.

Q. Will I have to install complex scripts on my server?

A. Our tutorials are designed to cause you minimal trouble at every phase. You only need to upload an HTM file and a .swf file. Link to the HTM page from existing pages in your site. That's it! Your tutorials are online and live.
