Sales Terms and Condtions

1. We try to fulfil all our standard Flash tutorials within 24-48 hours. Due to fluctuations in ordering, large orders that need to be filled, and other variables, we do ask that customers allow at least five days for delivery.

2. We do NOT offer refunds. Because of the low cost of our goods and the fact that we must customize our packages for each customer, we ask that you instead fully examine our product on our site, where we offer full-fledged tutorials identical to the package you will receive.

3. All Paypal and Credit Card payments must come from a confirmed account and address; we may use VOIP technology to verify payments.

4. We accept cheque (sterling), cash, Western Union, and Paypal.

5. All sales are final. We always include a logo for the company buying them; we never do unbranded tutorials.

6. Hot linking directly to the demos on our website from other websites or emails is strictly forbidden, and is considered theft.

7. Your Tutorials are to be used on 1 domain only, we can make special rates available to multi-company owners

7.1 Videos can not be leased, sold, or paid for they are only to be used for direct customers who do not pay for the right to view. Special permission has to be granted for offline download or Digital Media distribution, They can not be use on a members site or resold, We reserve the right to impose damages of up to $20,000 USD per Tutorial if you breach such terms.

8. All translated tutorials are translated in good faith by, paid translation service providers. We make no guarantees about the validity of such translations and we only list them as Sold as seen.
Also it is important to note content may not be the same between English and other languages due to advancement and translations
